GNJMA Unveils New Technology to Improve Membership Experience

The Greater New Jersey Motorcoach Association (GNJMA) enhances the member experience by investing in technology that facilitates access to association resources.

Access will be provided through the new Association Management System (AMS), which went live on July 11th. It replaces the outdated custom access database and reduces the tedious process of association operations.

Michelle Petelicki, President of Panorama Tours and a member of the GNJMA Board of Directors, said:

“Networking and connections are just one of the main benefits of being part of the GNJMA. With the implementation of this new association management system, we can easily find and connect with other members without having to dig through our membership roster. Not only can you update company changes such as contact information in real-time, you don’t have to wait for the next print directory to be published so you can have accurate information. No,” said Petelicki.

  • Find and communicate with other members.
  • The process of introducing new members easily.
  • Out-of-the-box resources.
  • Participate in forum discussions.
  • View and pay your bill.
  • View and register for events.
  • Update contact information for individual profiles.
  • Update listing information in your organizational directory.
  • Subscribe to lists and committees.

“We salute the Greater NJ Motorcoach Association for always paving the way for new and innovative resources for their members.
