Chelsea are close to signing Leicester City defender Wesley Fofana.
Leicester’s asking price could be exorbitant, with reports suggesting he could demand up to £85m given Fofana has five years left on his contract.

Chelsea are believed to be considering a deal involving the player as part of the offer.
Chelsea have signed Kalidou Koulibaly from Napoli and are looking to sign Manchester City’s Nathan Ake and Sevilla’s Jules Kunde following the departures of Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen.
Meanwhile, Blues manager Thomas Tuchel has admitted he is “a little” upset about Barcelona’s bid for Cesar Azpilicueta.
The 32-year-old has 12 months left on his Chelsea contract and is reportedly hoping to leave the club to return to his native Spain after 10 years at Stamford Bridge.
But Tuchel said he wasn’t sure he wanted to give Azpilicueta “what he wanted”, comparing it to the value of recent Chelsea acquisition Kalidou Koulibaly, who signed for £33m from Napoli earlier this month. Barca thinks they underestimate their defenders.
when asked at Universal Orlando Resort “Maybe a little,” Tuchel replied, if he was upset that the Spanish giants were chasing Azpilicueta.
When asked about the Spaniard’s future, Tuchel said: “It’s a difficult question because I don’t know if I want to give Aspi what he wants.
“At some point, it’s just what we want. We compared how much we’ve fought for Koulibaly, who is about the same age as a national team player.
“He’s a very important player for Napoli, but we have the Spanish national team, the captain of Chelsea. I think he’s probably at the same level, but Barcelona don’t see him at that level. I don’t know if he wants to. Give him what he wants because he’s a huge player.”
