On July 20th, 2022, Seven Arts will establish a new partnership with Ascended Entertainment. Formerly a West Coast production company, Ascended now operates in the Atlanta market. Ascended will oversee post-production film work for Seven Arts and its subsidiary Muse Media (Seven Arts/Muse). Post-production tasks directed by Ascended include, but are not limited to film editing and his ADR (Automatic Dialogue Replacement) on the Seven Arts/Muse project. Ascended has offices in Seven Arts’ Atlanta facility, and post-production work is done on-site.

Additionally, we employ experienced Pro Tools certified engineers to oversee all of Seven Arts/Muse’s audio mixing and production needs. Pro Tools is the film industry standard for cinematic audio engineering and Dolby Atmos mixing. We are thrilled to have found engineers who have worked in some of Atlanta’s largest studios and major artist projects and are happy to join the Seven Arts/Muse team.

Both companies’ additions to Seven Arts/Muse come in anticipation of the upcoming completion of the company’s Atlanta production facility. The company believes the infrastructure it’s developing is ahead of its time as Atlanta continues to cement its position as East Coast Hollywood.

Finally, as previously announced, the company will continue to address the small convertible bond it took last year to cover fees handed over to new management. On July 29, the Company submitted a debt settlement agreement to the lenders. We are confident that the agreement will be concluded within the next few days after preliminary negotiations.

Seven Arts CEO Jason Black said: Unlike Los Angeles, Atlanta still has very few dedicated studios despite its growing film industry. Atlanta. We strongly believe that our facility will be a welcome solution for productions already operating in and around Atlanta.
